My absolute favorite café in Möchengladbach, Everything prepared with love, you can taste it immediately. Nice atmosphere, friendly service and love on every fork and in every cup! A visit there is worthwhile, cakes, dishes, coffee & co

I can highly recommend the Stopkas in MG! Dear Gabi and dear Michael, go out of their way to fulfill every wish. I was able to enjoy the delicious cakes, warm dishes and also the one and the other concert in the sweet courtyard. Always beautiful and great, super delicious! :) All around a place to feast and feel good. Try it yourself! :-)

There are no limits for the chefs and every dish is thought out. I also love the awareness and implementation of a sustainable restaurant. All in all a nice concept with a great price-performance ratio.

If you are looking for convincing, very tasty, sustainable, vegan dishes as well as aromatic cakes and vegan hot drinks, you should stop by the Stopkas on Bismarckstraße in Mönchengladbach. The ambience is imaginative and appealing. Everything can also be taken away in environmentally friendly packaging. Vegetarian dishes and meat dishes are also offered, although even meat eaters are enthusiastic about the taste and appearance of the vegan dishes. There is now a large selection of vegan wines to take away. So: feel free to try it ;-)

Delicious and healthy, also vegan dishes for lunch, extraordinary cakes and a really great coffee. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. In Mönchengladbach such a café / restaurant was really missing!

Super small restaurant filled with attention to detail. The food is top-notch like in a star restaurant and lets your taste buds explode. The vegan dishes that are on the table here are more than just recommendable. Big compliments to the owners. An enrichment also beyond the city limits.

Stopkas is highly recommended. The food is extremely tasty, there are also different dishes at lunchtime that are not available anywhere else (in MG). From vegan to vegetarian or a delicious meat dish. Always super prepared with a special taste at accurate prices. The boss provides the shop with a mixture of humor, friendliness and competence. A delicious Hensen beer with dinner. Lovely!

Anyone who has not yet visited the Stopkas in Mönchengladbach should do so as soon as possible. I went there for the first time yesterday and I'm still absolutely thrilled. A visit to Stopkas is a (taste) experience! We were welcomed and entertained by Gabi, I have seldom experienced such friendly and, above all, warm service. You have the feeling of visiting friends. This is certainly also due to the location, which is beautiful, cozy and modern. You just feel good here. The food is top notch. The menu is clear (I think it changes regularly), but I would say that there is something for every taste. My vegan heart definitely didn't miss anything, but meat eaters don't miss out here either. Yesterday I decided on the pretzel dumplings and you should try them when you get the chance. Clear recommendation! The dumplings were served with mushrooms and savoy cabbage and served with a sauce made from beetroot and a homemade, fermented chive oil. The taste is super great and on a level that you will not find anywhere else and certainly not in Mönchengladbach. I am amazed that the Stopkas is such an insider tip. To the sweet ones among us, there is a good selection of (vegan) homemade cakes, also gluten-free! The strawberry cheesecake is a dream but the pie (gf) with pear and chocolate + cold drip glaze with walnuts, oh my god ... ? SO DELICIOUS. Maybe a little bit about the prices: We paid € 21 per person for a main course, drink, dessert and cake. Apart from the fact that our stay was worth every penny, I think there is absolutely nothing to complain about. In this context, bring cash because card payments are not possible. In Stopkas, the attention to detail is reflected in every area and the sustainability, which is the focus through and through, is particularly positive here. The team is passionate about it and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again to Gabi and also to the rest of the team. You are great! Bye for now.

As always, delicious. This time we only ate cake which was really great. Marzipan cake :-) ... but also our other visits with warm dishes were always great. And with the many vegan options we always like to come back :-)

Always a warm welcome in an individual ambience with incomparable, delicious dishes and surprising cakes! I have already enjoyed the great backyard concerts several times! Always an experience! Thanks to Gaby and Michael!

Everything perfect !!! Unfortunately, two days ago we were guests at Stopkas for the first time, but definitely not for the last time. Why are we so excited? Everything was just right, the really great food, the location and, above all, the incredibly warm welcome. We came in the door with a precision landing at 2.30 p.m., where they are actually closing. However, the dear owner didn't let us feel a bit and accompanied us to our place. Unfortunately, we rarely experience it in restaurants that we are looked after so warmly with children and that the children are treated so well. The whole thing doesn't stop with eating, because everything is really dealt with here. As a family we live sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan and everything is made possible here. You also get filtered water, which is just perfect for us. I could write so much more but firstly it would go beyond the scope and secondly you just have to drop by yourself! And even if it almost reads like this, NO we were not bribed for this rating, we are just honestly extremely enthusiastic and will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious vegan dishes. Either hearty or sweet. Vegan cakes and pastries never leave you bored. Always new ideas. Also recommended for non-VEGANS. Dishes made from organic beef or organic chicken. Michael and Gaby mostly work with self-fermented foods. All goodies are also available in Togo. There is always something to discover in the shop corner. Non-alcoholic gin, wine, chutneys, etc ..... Anyway, I'm excited My favorites: African street food bunnies and chocolate or Blueberry Hill Cake!

Enjoy with all senses. With a lot of creativity and a desire to experiment, someone cooks here with a passion for the extraordinary. A place of discovery for unusually fine food and drinks in a very pleasant, warm-hearted environment in harmoniously designed rooms and a cozy inner courtyard. Hospitality is lived here. Small and VERY fine - an insider tip!

Today I discovered the Stopkas by chance and am absolutely thrilled. Great atmosphere, great attention to detail, you can also tell in the dishes :) I can highly recommend the lemonade and the onion cake. Here you feel completely at ease.

Super cute shop, also with an inner courtyard, so that you don't hear the street noise. Great individual interior and a very nice Gabi. A lot of wishes can be fulfilled here, you just have to talk to the boss. It doesn't bite either. Extremely recommendable! Oh yes, of course vegan and gluten-free meals are also possible. There are also great events. And you can rent the whole shop from 15 people.

Chinese cheater bowl . Must try and home made lemonade is amazing. I am here for the 2nd time and both time I had great experience. Ambience and service is fantastic.

A wonderfully cozy, warm and warm place! At Stopkas there is a huge and above all unusual selection of cakes! It's nice that sustainability is important here and the cakes are all vegan. You can feel the warmth already at the greeting. Here you simply feel comfortable and welcome. You're not just a guest ... you're more than that here. We went there on recommendation and were very satisfied. Well-run eatery with great attention to detail. The dishes were excellent and the kitchen is open to every need. I highly recommend the restaurant!

Today we spontaneously decided to eat delicious food here. The interior offers a different world. Very very modern and just "different". The coffee was delicious, we liked the homemade lemonade. Our food was a surprise for both the eyes and the stomach. Highly recommended. Mom and I will be back ?!
